RESERVATIONS & HOLIDAYS:
• 5 night minimum stay required except midweek.
• Rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii Sales Tax and 7.255 Hawaii Hotel RoomTax.
• Cash and checks accepted.
• There is a 3% booking fee for all non-cash or check payments
• Reservations confirmed with 50% deposit paid at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Major Holidays are 5 night minimum .
• $25.00 charge for returned checks.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. and our check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
• Smoking is permitted outside only as a courtesy to others staying at Leilani House.
• We do not have daily maid service, but we do provide laundry facilities for you to use.
• A $65.00 fee is charged for re-shedueling.
• No reschedules 30 days or less prior to arrival.
DISCOUNTS:
• 10% discounts on stays 7 nights or more (excluding holidays).
• 15% discounts on stays 14 nights or more (excluding holidays).
• There are no discounts If the nightly minimum is not met.
DEPOSITS:
• 50% deposit required, balance due 30 days before arrival.
CLEANING FEE:
• $85.00 – 2 Bedroom.
• $110.00 – 3 Bedroom.
CANCELLATION:
• Deposits will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled.

Discounts of 10% will be given to:
